Our mission is to help residents maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle in a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment. We offer multiple living options with a variety of á la carte services available to tailor each resident’s care plan to their evolving needs. Read on to learn more about the lifestyle and services at Eden Prairie Senior Living.

Living Options

We offer three living options, with numerous additional services available for customizing each care plan:

• Independent Living: Designed for seniors who desire the conveniences, social activities, and security of community living while maintaining a more active, independent lifestyle.
• Assisted Living: Residents receive needed assistance with healthcare, personal care, household tasks, and more, along with social and recreational events planned by our highly-trained and compassionate staff.
• Memory Care: Trained staff members provide specialized activities and care designed specifically for residents experiencing Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia, and other memory loss conditions. Memory Care units feature 24-hour staffing.
• À La Carte Services: Additional services are available to customize each resident’s arrangement, including laundry, bathing/shower assistance, and housekeeping.

A licensed RN is available to assess each individual and help create a personalized care package just for him/her.

Lifestyle

Eden Prairie Senior Living provides a wide range of programs, activities, and amenities to help residents live a meaningful, healthy life.

• Resident Activities: Our staff plans parties, field trips, fitness programs, and numerous other activities focused on camaraderie and life enrichment. Memory Care activities staff provides special programming for all stages of memory loss, seven days a week.
• Dining Services: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared daily by our professionally-trained culinary team. Our in-house chef creates weekly menus that nourish residents and help them feel at home.
• Building Amenities: Convenient, life-enhancing amenities such as a movie theater, library, and community room, located right on our campus.
